On February 7, 2026, a group of history students joined a guided tour by Kongcept to explore the architectural concept of Wah Fu Estate, a soon-to-be-demolished Hong Kong sea-view public estate. The tour showcased how the early public housing project balanced population demands with community cohesion and aesthetics.
