A group of Form 4 chemistry students visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong on April 24, 2024, for an educational excursion.  They attended a lecture on the topic of ‘Nano and Medicine’ by Professor Li and toured the university’s advanced chemistry laboratory.

During the lecture, Professor Li discussed the various applications of nanotechnology in medicine, such as drug delivery and diagnostics.  The lecture sparked the students’ interest in scientific research.  In addition, the students had the opportunity to explore the chemistry laboratory, where they observed experiments and interacted with researchers.  This hands-on experience allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of chemistry and inspired them to pursue further scientific inquiries.

The visit provided the students with firsthand knowledge of nanotechnology, medicine, and scientific research.  This experience left them inspired and motivated for their academic journeys.
