Duties

1. Effective teaching	1.1 ensure smooth implementation of language policy in classroom teaching of EMI subjects 1.2 cultivate a learning community so teachers learn from one another 1.3 ensure study skills have been incorporated in the lessons 1.4 set up & monitor Homework Collection Policy 1.5 ensure prompt and constructive feedback is given to help students learn effectively 1.6 use internal exam data to conduct evaluation & to inform effective teaching and learning
2. Effective Learning	2.1 identify students that require academic support at an early stage 2.2 ensure students have acquired subject-specific study skills 2.3 monitor the quality and quantity of assignments 2.4 encourage punctuality in HW submission
3. Support Programs for Learner Diversity	(enhancement & remedial programs & gifted education; support for SEN students) 3.1 implement structured remedial programs for low achievers (in-class) 3.2 implement after school tutorial classes 3.3 initiate structured programs to prepare low achievers for open assessments 3.4 initiate special tuition for F1 students in English & mathematics 3.5 arrange gifted education and international assessments for high achievers 3.6 provide care for SEN students
4. eLearning	4.1 ensure VOD is out into operation 4.2 explore and familiarize staff with effective learning and teaching tools 4.3 explore application and implementation of elearning in various subjects
5. General support	5.1 set up question banks 5.2 set up teaching resources centre 5.3 explore hardware that eases marking
