Duties:

1. General duties	Maintain a disciplined environment in school Coordinate with other departments in crisis and unexpected situations. Advise and identify any potential problems among students and inform the Principal promptly Cooperate with GS, School Social Workers and other related parties in handling students’ disciplinary problems Assist in organizing fire drills and fire escape route. Prepare and overview the duty roster of teachers in patrolling the school. Liaise with Police’s Public Relation Section and other external agents when necessary.
2. Documentation	Draft and prepare forms, documents regarding discipline matters Provide form teachers and related parties with student’s disciplinary record for assessment, evaluation and counseling purposes.
3. Prefect Team	Selection, training, supervision and duty allocation Maintain an efficient prefect team in school for carrying out patrol duty
4. Students’ behavior	Students’ grooming – uniform and outlook Execute reward and punishment system about students’ conduct Conduct preventive programs for students, including anti-drugs programs during assembly periods
5. Students’ affairs	Handle students’ lost and found property Handle students’ attendance matters, including punctuality and absence Review and execute school rules and regulations Coordinate with manufacturers on matters about school uniform
6. F1 Adaptation	Help organize F.1 Orientation Day and Lunch Time Adaptation program to familiarize F.1 students with the School Rules
