宗旨﹕藉著空手道基本技法及套拳來鍛鍊同學的身心,達到強身健體之目的。以及訓練同學紀律和禮貌。
簡介﹕空手道是由身無寸鐵,而以一拳一踢瞬間擊倒敵人的琉球古武術所發展而成,因此,心術比技術更為重要。平日在互相禮讓中鍛鍊體力與精神,一旦有必要時,為維護正義而全力以赴的和敵手決鬥,才不失學習空手道的真諦。

Training Schedule:逢星期六(下午)
Objective:
- To enhance student's interest and strengthen their skills in sports.
- To cultivate student's collaboration skills, team spirit and sense of belonging
- To help understand the importance of "Life - long sports"
Introduction:
The training of Sports Team improves members' ability and health. Joining competitions help them enhance their interpersonal communication skills, sense of belonging and sense of satisfaction.
