Objectives:

1. To promote a learning and sharing culture among the teaching staff within the school.
2. To raise teachers¡¦ mental well-being and enhance their sense of belonging.
3. To foster teachers¡¦ professional growth in both the subject discipline and the wider education context.
4. To equip staff with knowledge & skills for the future developments of the school (in both academic and non-academic aspects)
5. To help new and student teachers integrate into our school culture smoothly.
6. To establish closer links with tertiary teacher training institutes and to contribute to the nurturing of the next generation of teachers.
7. To enhance the professional growth of our teachers through mentoring.
8. To provide logistic management for lesson study and co-planning teaching as well as peer lesson observation.
9. To disseminate good practice in teaching (e.g. catering for learners' diversity, promoting effective teaching and learning)

Mentoring Program (2007-2008)

• The CPD hours of the Principal in 2005/06 were 72 hours and that of the teachers were 3620 hours, both were well above the requirement suggested by the government.
3. 2004 - 2005
• The CPD hours of the Principal in 2004/05 were 105 hours and that of the teachers were 5122 hours, both were well above the requirement suggested by the government.

Professional Exchange (2005 - 2006)

1. Mr. F. Cheung was invited by Ma On Shan Tsang Pik Shan College to be the guest speaker for their staff development day on 30th Sept., 2005. (Topic: preparation for ESR)
2. Ms. S Liu, Ms. L.L. Lee and Ms. C.P. Hung were invited by the EMB to be the guest speakers for the seminar about "Language Across the Curriculum"
3. The teachers of Liberal Studies, Mr. W.M. Chan and Mr. F. Cheung went to Shatin Methodist College to exchange ideas about the Liberal Studies development.
4. Ten teachers from Shun Lee Catholic Secondary School visited our school on 4th April, 2006. Our English Teachers, Susie Liu, Joan Lee and Champagne Hung shared the English Awards Scheme (EAS) and Language Across Curriculum (LAC) with them.
