Cheng Hon Yung (Teacher-in-charge), Yip Wai Shan, Liu Hui Ting, Ho Wan Lok and Law Chak Chung (Students)
"HK Fun Science Competition 2006" was co-organized by The Society of HK Scholars, HK Association of Heads of Secondary Schools and HK Association of Science & Mathematics Education.
The competition was held on 1st January, 2006 in Science Museum. The theme is "輕意天羅" this year. The aim is "Build a structure using minimum material that can sustain maximum impact force".
We have 3 teams to participate the competition. They are:
Team 1 (Senior): Ho Wan Lok (何允諾) and Liu Chun Ting (廖許延)in 7H. They received 1st Class Honor Award and cash prize of $2000.
Team 2 (Senior): Law Chak Hang (羅澤聰) and Yip Wai Shan (葉慧珊) in 7H. They received 1st Class Honor Award & Best Design Blueprint Award and cash prize of $2000 and $250.
Team 3 (Junior): Ho Wan Hang (何允恆) in 1B. He received 1st Class Honor Award and cash prize of $2000.
Totally, our school got 3 First Class Honor Awards, 1 Best Design Blue Print Award and a sum of cash prize of $6250.
